My training that is.  But with only two months until the race it's too late for that.
I did a metabolic bike test a couple of days ago and the lack of base is what was revealed.  The good news is that my LT is 78% o fmy Predicted Max Heart Rate which I'm told is decent.  So, I just need to be aware of these numbers during training and of course during the race.  If I go over the LT for any prolonged period I risk bonking.  The tests also revealed that I have a pretty high calorie burn so I need to consume A LOT more than I have been during activity.  Like double!  I'm going to have to practice that and figure out what my stomach will tolerate. 
It has been an adequate training week I guess but it never seems like enough.
Big 12 hour mountain bike race this weekend.  Not exactly relevent to IM FL, but it will be a lot of fun!
